Since 1997, I have been mentoring young enterprises and grooming them to become the leading enterprises of today. I am happy to say many of them have really done well. As part of my constant activities for developing the entrepreneurial spirit, I have been taking part in various activities.

As part of my engagement with various corporates and multinationals, government and professional bodies, SMEs and educational institutions, I have been nurturing the business acumen and kindling the entrepreneurial spirit at all levels. Through my association with various management bodies like Bombay Management Association, World Trade Center, Institute of Management Consultants of India and Indian Society for Training and Development etc. I have succesfully mentored and coached enterprising managers to succeed.

The workshop is specially designed to basically focus on creation of a talent pool within the organizations - corporates, government institutions, MSMEs alike; to foster global business growth leading to global wealth creation. The workshop with its various modules focusses on one key question; how to succeed in creating competitive advantage and emotional connect across cultures in any global business for entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs alike.
Workshop : Globalization of Family Business
The workshop focusses on value creation for family business by expanding beyond their regional frontiers. We focus on conducting an organizational audit for evaluating preparedness for going internationl, including modules on team building for globalization, product and market selection and international marketing entry strategies.
Workshop : Handholding and Guiding Women Entrepreneurs on their Success Journey
Being a woman entrepreneur myself, I understand the challenges that a woman faces while setting up her own enterprise. Women face a unique gamut of challenges while starting up; at the same time there are unique opportunites also available for them in the form of government and institutional support systems. Through my mentoring sessions, I handhold and guide them to excel and accomplish a work-life integration that helps them grow.
Workshop : Setting up a New Startup
Empowering entrepreneurs to take the plunge by outlining the broad focus areas and identify value creating opportunities are the principles on which the workshop is fashioned. This is tailor-made for audiences and is generally done at a handholding level.
