About Me

First generation entrepreneur Chhaya Sehgal is an alumnus of MUICT and JBIMS. She began her professional journey over three decades ago with Navaratna Oil Giant HPCL until it was disrupted by her entrepreneurial calling to set up ‘The Winning Edge’ – a venture committed to Mentor the entrepreneurs and build business acumen of practicing managers across small, medium and multinational businesses as well as government bodies.

Her passion for nurturing talent of youngsters and the need for higher learning drew her back to academics and teaching to be closely associated as a visiting faculty with her alma mater JBIMS and many other management institutions and entrepreneurship development schools for over two decades now.

At Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), I learned the facets of Finance and Enterprise Building. As part of the curriculum, I also learned key aspects of strategic development of human resources and their performance planning for organizational growth.

At JBIMS, I was fortunate enough to be guided and trained by the top minds of the country and I have greatly benefited from being a part of this prestigious institution now as a Visiting Faculty for over two decades.

Under a scholarship from the prestigious Auxichem India, I was given an opportunity to excel my skills in Textile Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Mumbai Univeristy.

Under a scholarship from Birla Cement Plant Satna, I was the university topper in my subjects. I was also nominated the Cultural Secretary of the college.
